The plan for adding Bade Interchange on National Highway No. 3 was approved and approved by the Environmental Impact Assessment Review Committee of the Environmental Protection Agency of the Executive Yuan on June 28, 2012, and the Highway Bureau of the Ministry of Communications was requested to add the members' opinions to the final version of the environmental report .
The Highway Bureau of the Ministry of Communications plans to add Bade Interchange at about 57K of National Highway No. 3, and the government will cooperate with the addition of connecting roads to connect Fengde Road and Daying Road. The feasibility study of this plan was approved by the Executive Yuan in October 2019. In March 2011, the Gaogong Bureau held a construction design review meeting and in May of the same year held a public meeting on the "Environmental Impact Statement of the Taoyuan Bade Interchange Project on National Highway No. 3" in Yong'an Palace, Daxi District, this city. The two preliminary review meetings of the environmental impact statement task force were approved by the environmental impact assessment review committee on June 28, 2012. The meeting concluded that the environmental impact assessment review was passed, and the Gaogong Bureau was requested to supplement the committee members' opinions in the final version of the environmental statement. middle.
Zhang Xinfu, director of the Transportation Bureau, pointed out that in response to the rapid development and population growth of Bade District, the Yingge System Interchange of National Highway No. 3 on the southeast side of Bade District currently does not provide regional vehicles to enter and exit. Passengers can only use National Highway No. 2 Danan Interchange and National Highway No. 3 Daxi Interchange enters and exits the national highway, resulting in poor ramp service level. The Bade Interchange can not only improve the poor service level of the Daxi Interchange and Dana Interchange ramp, but also alleviate the problem of Wuling The problem of congestion at bridges and five-fork intersections on holidays. After the completion of the interchange in the future, the tide of sightseeing vehicles going to and from Daxi and Fuxing areas will not be detoured to Daxi Interchange on National Highway No. 3, which will improve the external traffic in Bade and Daxi areas. . In the future, the government will also actively assist the Highway Bureau of the Ministry of Communications to effectively shorten the planning schedule, with the goal of completing the project in 119 years.
