id="isPasted">本親子舞臺劇係將環境教育主題故事繪本以兒童舞臺劇方式進行宣導，內容改編自113年環境教育繪本比賽中獲獎的4本作品，包含臺中市的《2050北風太陽大作戰》、新竹市的《佈布島》、新竹縣的《暖暖》及南投縣的《怎麼辦蜜蜂消失了》，並取名為「2026地球任務：我們都是守護地球的超人」。</p><p>本劇中融入豐富的環保知識，適合親子一起欣賞，故事主題宣導氣候變遷與循環經濟，劇情情節扣合節能減碳、減塑生活與資源循環等環保議題。</p><p>本舞臺劇皆為免費入場，每場演出時間為70分鐘，開演前40分鐘，憑登記成功紀錄（E-mail通知信），現場換票入場，1人1券，自由入座；惟每場次於演出前2週，在網路開放登記索票，每人限登記4 施美妃</strong></p><p><br></p><p>有時候，身邊明明有個人、對方也沒做錯什麼，但是彼此的距離卻好遠，彷彿兩個人住在同一個屋簷下，卻活在不同的世界裡。</p><p>看著自己的訊息被已讀卻沒回；想靠近對方，卻不知道如何靠近；或在一次又一次的沉默裡，開始懷疑：「對方還愛我嗎？」、「是不是我太黏人了？」</p><p>每個人從一出生就渴望與他人建立安全的連結，有的人一旦感覺與對方有距離，就會更努力靠近，因為好害怕失去愛；而有的人則在受傷時退縮，假裝自己不在意，內心其實是好害怕被拒絕。每個人在親密關係中的反應都不同，但是對愛的渴望卻是相同的。</p><p>然而為什麼我們卻越愛越孤單？</p><p><br></p><p>心理學上談的「孤單」並不是指身邊有沒有人，而是一種關係上的距離感。我們以為「愛」能讓人不再孤單，但是我們卻在關係裡，面臨著期待不斷落空的失望，我們好渴望被理解、被接住、被看見、被愛，若這份渴望得不到回應，孤單就會浮現。</p><p>這種孤單常發生在關係裡，例如伴侶之間常常會有這樣的情境：一方只是想傾訴、說說內心的苦，希望能夠被同理、接納、呼呼秀秀，另一方卻急著給建議，想討拍卻迎來聽起來絲毫沒有心疼卻刺耳的「你想太多了吧」；想靠近卻被拒絕、表達內心的脆弱卻被批評、需要安慰時卻被忽略。在關係中沒有被理解，常常會是讓我們覺得孤單與失落的主因。</p><p><br></p><p>在愛裡，我們卸下防備，把最柔軟的部分交給對方；也因此，我們可能最容易被看見、被理解、也可能最容易受傷。</p><p>當我們愛一個人時，內在的渴望被喚醒：希望對方懂我們、記得我們喜歡的東西、能察覺與接住我們的情緒，希望我不說，對方就能懂。但在現實中，關係的經營卻往往夾雜著忙碌、誤會以及彼此不同的節奏與想法。於是，期待落空的瞬間，我們就掉進了孤單的深井裡。渴望被愛，卻怕對方離開，於是常常感到不安；或是害怕太靠近會被傷害，於是習慣保持距離；更甚至想靠近又想逃，在矛盾中充滿拉扯。這些模式都會讓我們感覺孤單。&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>不過，孤單的感覺或許也是一個溫柔的提醒，看看在關係中發生了什麼事促發了這樣的感覺，讓我們能夠回頭看看自己，陪陪自己的孤單，能夠讓自己更有力量去靠近自己與對方。</p><p><br></p><p>當孤單來臨時，我們可以嘗試這樣做：</p><p><strong>1.承認孤單的存在</strong></p><p>&nbsp;不論是自己一個人，或是和另外一伴或是和朋友在一起，我們難免會有覺得孤單的感覺，當你覺得孤單時，不需要急著讓自己「不孤單」，也不要急著怪罪或逃避。先允許那份空虛存在，因為那是心在訴說「我需要被理解」。可以靜下來，感受一下這個感覺是在對自己訴說什麼樣的情緒、什麼樣的想法與感受。</p><p><strong>2.練習表達真實的情感</strong></p><p>我們常在孤單裡沈默，或用指責掩飾失望。我們過去會習慣說：「你都不理我」、「你很冷淡」、「你不懂我」，但可以試著以柔軟的方式表達：「我有點難過，因為我希望能更靠近你。」、「我想你了。」、「我希望能多和你聊聊。」、「我想讓你懂我」。當情緒可以被你溫柔的表達，才有機會被對方看見與接納</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>3.學習陪自己走一段</strong></p><p>有時，我們太渴望被他人理解，而忽略了自己。嘗試問問自己：「想要的是什麼樣的關係？」、「如何能照顧好自己？」</p><p>當我們能在一個人時感到安穩，不再害怕空白，就不再急著用愛填補空洞。而這份孤單會轉化成力量，讓我們在關係中更自在，也更有餘裕去愛人。</p><p>每一次感受到的孤單，都是一個自我對話的機會。</p><p>它讓我們看見自己內在的需要，也讓我們學會用溫柔的方式去愛與被愛。當我們不再害怕孤單，我們就能更自由地愛。因為那時的我們，不再是為了填補缺口而尋愛，而是帶著完整的自己，走向另一個人。</p><p>如果你也在愛裡感到孤單，請記得，你並不是一個人。</p><p>每一段關係都有不被理解的時刻，也會面臨情感失落的低谷。</p><p>當你覺得走不下去、想重新整理心裡的情緒時，你可以向當地的心理健康中心、諮商所或心理師尋求協助。</p><p><br></p><p>如果你或你的親友正在經歷情緒困擾，需要有人陪伴，歡迎撥打：</p><p>📞 style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp;</span>依據廢棄物清理法第11條規定:「一般廢棄物，除應依下列規定清除外，其餘在指定清除地區以內者，由執行機關清除之」，該條款並賦予相關所有人、管理人或使用人負有一定清除義務，同法第27條亦有指明在指定清除地區內嚴禁相關污染環境之行為。</p><p>二、市容整潔涉及每位市民及使用者，犬便、檳榔渣、飲料杯、菸蒂及其他垃圾若未妥善處理，將影響公共環境與市容觀感。為維護良好市容及環境衛生，請協助宣導民眾及使用者妥善分類、收集及清理垃圾，切勿隨意丟棄。</p><p>三、<span 1rem;">受到全球暖化所導致的極端氣候影響，使得夏季氣溫逐年升高，根據美國喬治城大學發表於《刺胳針》醫學期刊上的研究發現，氣溫每升高1度，會提高焦慮症和憂鬱症的可能性，而濕度增加也會導致心理問題加劇，其他像是交通事故、暴力、自殺也隨著溫度提升而增加，極端高溫除了可能會讓人的身體發生中暑、熱痙攣、熱衰竭等熱傷害，也會引發情緒的困擾，造成情緒中暑，出現「夏季情感障礙症」症狀。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 1rem;"><br></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 1rem;">當夏季當氣溫超過35度、日照超過12小時、加上高濕度、噪音、擁擠、混濁的氣味等，都可能會讓人感覺心情煩躁、想發脾氣、容易為小事起衝突、思緒混亂、莫名低落、提不起勁等情緒中暑的症狀。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 1rem;"><br></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 1rem;">若發現自己出現情緒中暑的症狀時，可透過下列方式來改善：</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:
